First boat gourmet in abudance with technique and time minimized, but maximum flavor and presentation.

Review: I got this book for Christmas and it was "ooh"ed and "ahh"ed by the entire family. The photography is beautiful and the recipes are simple to make. The ingredients are most likely already in your cabinets, and most of the recipes contain similar herbs and spices - saving you from making multiple trips to the supermarket.
