Summary: No time to cook ? Bet you'll love this book!
Review: I absolutely adore this book. I was cooking for my harassed little brother (single father of three) during a visit and he was exhausted all the time from work and kids. This book now makes his life so much easier and much more relaxed (at least every time he makes dinner)! Chef Schloss is the BEST!

Summary: Easy & Simple and Just right for a busy person.
Review: I have recently bought several cook books.I need some that are easy, but not boring. This book delivers on so many levels. I find that I don't need to be overwhelmed by working 9-12 hours and then coming home to try and fix something in little time. This book I only had delievered today. So far at least three lady's have asked to look at it.
One even coming back to get the book information so that she could go out and buy this. This was a good decision in buying this as it delivers what it promises.

Summary: A gem of a cookbook !!!
Review: With probably 400 or so cookbooks in my collection, how could there be room or reason for another one? This is one of my all-time favorites! And one of the reasons has not been mentioned by any of the previous reviewers: Simple ways to use the contents of all of the jars and bottles on the refrigerator door!! The recipes are so simple and delicious. I have given it to friends and family members over and over. Thank you Andrew Schloss. Please reprint this book!!
