Review: I have a collection of over 200 cookbooks, if I had to get rid of them all but one this book would be the one I kept. Volume two would be my next choice.

Review: This is the BEST cookbook ever. I have soooo many cookbooks and it seems like this is the only one I ever actually use. Unique recipes, most easy to prepare. My guess is that one of the reasons bed and breakfast inns are so popular is the food... now make it at home too. Buy this book it's great!
