Summary: Best Fish Cookbook Ever!
Review: If you haven't tried Rick Stein's recepies you are in for a treat. It seems no one has a passion for sea food like him and his recipies are the best. He is totally passionate about good food and simplicity. My favorite receipes of his are in this book where he travels to asia. Lemongrass Palaice I think is the name of the receipe but we just call it "best fish ever" and make it with whatever white fish is freshest. It is incredible. I find that I turn to this book everytime I want a fish recepie and it has never dissapointed. Admittidly, I am not fond of the more traditional brittish receipes he is famous for but there is so much to choose from in this book that you can not be dissapointed. Highly recommended!

Summary: For the best seafood recipies
Review: This is a fantastic cookbook for seafood lovers especially for those who love exotic flavors from India and thailand. The recipies are easy to follow but the ingredients are pretty gourmet and hard to find if you don't live in a big city. There is also a really wonderful section on fish illustrations to help you find a suitable replacement fish if you need to. Rick Stein in THE seafood chef and he is incredibly passionate about the best, freshest tastes. You will not be dissapointed in this book. And try to catch his BBC series!!!
