Summary: The Queen of Neiman-Marcus
Review: Helen Corbitt was an amazing person. She was director of Restaurants for Neiman-Marcus in Dallas for as far back as I can remember. As a new bride in 1960, I receive this cookbook. It has many tattered and splattered pages, but I continue to treasure it. (You should taste her Dixie Pecan Pie!) Even though the books are out of print, they are worth purchasing as a part of history! I am now exploring buying these for my daughters and granddaughters!
