Review: Before I got this book, I didn't know there was such a thing as the annual Gilroy Garlic Festival- now I'd love to get the chance to go sometime!

This book includes garlicky recipies of all different types and of all different levels of difficulty. As a vegetarian, I wished there had been more meatless recipies, but I recognize that it's not the "Vegetarian Garlic Lovers Cookbook". It might not have as many recipies as some other garlic-specific cookbooks, but the recipies are all submitted by participants in the annual Gilroy Garlic Festival, so they are all unique. Certainly recommended for garlic lovers everywhere.
