Review: This is a great book for someone wanting to try Italian cooking. I had never cooked risotto before, and now it's a regular part of meals at our house. The recipes are very easy to make, provided that you use ready-made vegetable stock. However, the recipe for home-made is also given. Photos are ilustrative and the food is delicious. Great book!
