Review: There are cookbooks and there are cookbooks, and probably too many of them to begin with, but Recipes from a Provencal Kitchen is definitely not one of them. The recipes, the format, the photographs are first rate and throughout the book one easily senses Michel Biehn's love for Provence. First rate!
