Review: This cookbook has fun twists on some old favorites. The cornish game hens stuffed with orange wedges, rosemary and garlic and glazed with orange marmalade and rosemary was yummy! I bought this book to give as a gift, but I have to order another because the pages are wearing! If you grow your own herbs or purchase them at the store, this is a great book for using herbs in your cooking.
