Summary: Excellent - uses actual brand name ingredients
Review: Bought our copy years ago, and now buying one for our daughter who also loves the recipes. It uses actual brand name ingredients, so it's easier to follow the recipe. One of my favorites is the BAKED cordon bleu, which has also become a favorite of my younger daughter. We've got it tabbed,since we use it so much. At this cost, certainly worth it, and its gold/silver edged pages and hardcover make it an excellent gift for many occasions.

Review: Dear Amazon, The "LIGHT Cooking" is a really wonderfull Recipe cookbook.I Love it because it is a health book to me, offering easy,healthy and quick recipes.The pictures are fabulous encouraging you to try them yourself. Mrs Taylor.

Summary: I love this book!
Review: I have another book from the same series so when I saw the Light Cooking version, I had to have it. The pictures are very motivating and the recipies that I've tried are simple, practical and tastey. With the gold edged pages the book makes a great wedding or shower gift. I do wish that the book would have a breakdown on sugar and fiber, but otherwise it is fantastic!

Review: Part of my problems with cooking light has been trying to get my 3 children (ages 16, 7 & 6) to eat light also. I have used this cookbook for years now, and some of my children's most often requested meals are from this cookbook. Every category is covered, the recipes are easy to prepare, and the recipes are not filled with weird ingredients that you can't find anywhere. Even if it wasn't a "light cooking" cookbook, I would still say this is a "must buy" for every household.
