Review: I tasted an olive tapanade at a party and went crazy! I had to have the recipe! My friend loaned me the entire cookbook and I have had great success with the other two recipes I've tried, as well as soaking up information about the different kinds of olives and their strengths in dishes. I'm now buying the book for myself, as well as a few extra copies for gifts along the way.
