Rating: Summary: A Must Have Cookbook Review: A friend of mine recommended this cookbook to me. She definitely did me a favor. Most of the recipes are easy to make using a handful of ingredients and the results are excellent. The pork tenderloin stuffed with prosciutto and provolone reminded me and my husband of food we enjoyed while in Tuscany a few years back. Simplicity with good quality ingredients is the name of the game in this cookbook. Enjoy.

Rating: Summary: My most used cook book Review: Although this book is filled with overly sentimental side bars it is the recipes that count and they are excellent and the vast majority are easy to prepare. Every Christmas I bring a dish from this book and it gets rave reviews. Like Molto Mario he shows that a few simple fresh ingredients combined in the right way can create a magical dish (Now I sound like him!) I do not understand the person who gave this book one star. Buy this book if you love Italian food.
Rating: Summary: Great Italian cooking! Review: I received "Cucina Amore" as a gift because I enjoyed watching Nick Stellino so much. Once I received the book, I instantly "snapped into action" and began cooking. I was not disappointed. The instructions are simple and easy to follow and there are numerous helpful tips that Stellino provides. The little anecdotes can get a little cheesy (Parmigiano Reggiano please) but it does give you a feel for Stellino the individual as opposed to Stellino the chef. I did feel it could use a table of contents in addition to an index
Rating: Summary: A good investment for pasta lovers! Review: I received this book as a wedding gift 8 years ago and have tried many of the recipes. They are all great and easy to make. Some recipes sound a little complicated, but they really aren't. I just made the smoked salmon pasta and it was delish! It's the only recipe book that i treasure! Highly recommend.
Rating: Summary: review f cucina amore Review: I've owned this book for about 4 years and I return to it time and again for sure-fire Italian recipes. The bruschetta is always a hit with the balsamic vinegar, and a must-try is the three pepper salad. I serve it religiously to my dinner guests and have always received compliments. I usually like pictures to accompany the recipes, but this book doesn't need it. The antecdotes are enjoyable and give a personal touch to the cooking. I haven't seen his show in ages, but I hope he's still inspiring people to cook. I haven't bought his next book, but I bet it has the same results.
Rating: Summary: I love watching and cooking with Nick! Review: Nick Stellino is part shtik, part Italian storyteller, and, for the most part, a chef par excellance. I am a big supporter of PBS and obtained this book in an on-line pledge. There has not been a recipe in it which I have tried in which I have been disappointed. The anecdotes are interesting as well, although sometimes I doubt their validity. Anyone with a love of good food will love this book. Surprisingly, a number or them are easy to prepare as well.

Rating: Summary: Nick Stellino's works magic in your own kitchen! Review: We enjoyed Nick Stellino's PBS show, so we bought the book. The recipes seemed daunting at first, but they turn out to be very easy and DELICIOUS! You will wonder how you ever got through life without "Pasta Alla Nanci!"
