The chicken creole on pg.14 is a meal we fix for first time company, its full of flavour, and wows! the tastbuds . I love this cookbook . The pages are well worn and stained.You do have to like the experience of cooking with this book, the recipes are laid out nicely but are a little hard if this would be your first attempt. There is alot of chopping, diceing,peeling,. Its also nice because it has a breakdown of calories, carbs,fat,protien,sodium,cholesterol,and saturated fat, and serving size!The pictures are great someday I plan to decorate my kitchen around the pictures.!
