Review: I really enjoyed this book. It provides a history of the commercial baby food companies. It was a great resource to begin making my own baby food. It was also helpful as a reference to the developmental stages from first foods through preschool. This book supports introducing solids later than traditionally endorsed. I LOVED IT!
