Summary: Flawed
Review: Inga Norberg Good Food From Sweden originally published in 1939. Old Fashioned Ginger Snaps left out the flour! and it seems otherwise inaccurate although reprinted many times. There are many, many better choices.

Summary: Just Like Mom Used to Make
Review: My Swedish wife raves about this book because the desserts in it are just like her mom used to make like Swedish Ginger Cake and Dreams cookies. When her mom has visited us she's also enjoyed checking it out and baking from it. The recipes are easy, but the only downside is there are no pictures. We haven't experimented much with the non-dessert recipes.
