Review: I am writing because I own two of Chef Larousse's books and both are awesome. I also want to say on a more personal level that I had the honor of having Chef Larousse as an instructor while attending Johnson and Wales University several years ago. His dedication and passion for the Culinary Profession is inspiring and I owe much of my success to this great man and mentor.
