If you're looking for all the basics of Chinese food & cooking, plus a variety of interesting (but easy) recipes, all presented in a breezy, concise manner, look no further. The author was born into a Chinese restaurant family and has come full circle, teaching cooking classes and conducting highly-regarded tours of San Francisco's Chinatown. But that's another book...
