Review: I purchased this book only because I wanted a recipe for Baklava. Imagine my surprise when I discovered you can use Phyllo in other food items such as: turnovers, puffs, strudel, and more. And not just for desserts, there are some wonderful Feta Cheese and fresh chive Phyllo Kisses that look alot like Crab Ragoon, without the crab. There are excellent photos throughout the book, for each recipe; recipes are easy to follow, as well. The book also explains how to handle Phyllo and how to store and reheat it. Excellent book.
