Review: I've eaten at the original Schuler's restaurant in Marshall, MI as well as their, now gone but not forgotten, place in Ann Arbor, MI. The food and service have always been exellent, and this cookbook is no exception. The recipes look very "do-able", and i know from experience that the meatballs in BBQ sauce, cheeses, French onion soup and various meats are yummy! I am looking forward to replicating them at home.
