Review: This cookbook may or may not be good: but was apparently written by Bob and Ruth Grossman, not Eric Flint and David Drake. Although these two have collaborated on several great sci-fi military books, I suspect the Grossmans wrote this version of the cookbook as well as the paperback edition.
