Review: This is one great cookbook, albeit rather short, only 58 recipes. With mouth-watering pictures. I have tried 17 and each one was delicious. Easy and good directions, healthful and common ingredients. For the working person who wants to eat right but doesn't have much time, for the gardener who needs a quick meal after a tiring day, for anybody who just loves a one-pot meal. I will be working my way thru all these wonderful recipes. Be forewarned, however. They are not lo-cal or lo-fat. But if you stick to the portion size given, you will be fine.
