Rating:  Summary: Guilt-Free Frying--a Dining experience Review: This book is wonderful, the recipes are precise and well written. The first I tried was TEQUILA SCALLOPS, with the Mango Lime Salsa, and rice, it was perfect. I have never tasted scallops that tasted but these did, they were heavenly. It is hard to stay on a heart healthy low fat diet unless you can stay interested in the food selection. All of the recipes in this book seem very exciting and very tasty. One of the things I miss the most about low fat is fried foods, I grew up in the south, Dallas, Texas and grease is a way of life here. The food really tastes fried and I know I will enjoy this cookbook. Thanks. Pamela Navarro
