Summary: Well loved and used cookbook
Review: After I was first married, I purchased the HP version of Scandinavian Cooking. Wore the cookbook out from almost daily use. Am so glad Scandinavian Cooking was reprinted, because all the recipes are keepers. Every cook should have a copy, especially if they are married to someone from Scandinavian descent.

Review: My favorites were the Swedish Meatballs and Finnish Egg Cheese. Have yet to try them all but have not found one that I didn't like.
