Summary: A very good, no-nonsense Thai cookbook
Review: This book doesn't have the gloss of some other Thai cookbooks, such as Keo's, but it has a good number of well-explained, tasty recipes. It isn't big on substitutions for hard-to-find Thai ingredients, which may be its biggest drawback for beginning cooks. Still, I recommend it highly.
