Review: Let me preface this by saying that I do not cook much. Also I own many cookbooks and grew up in a home with many cookbooks. This is one of the most useful books I have owned. I just purcahsed it and have already made 2 recipes. I never realized that you could make a wonderful red wine reduction sauce in your microwave. Also the appendix in the back showed me how to properly defrost and prepare frozen fish so that it was not ruined in the process. I recommend this book highly and think that it will be useful for the novice and experienced chef alike who needs to be inspired on how to use their microwave to the fullest extent possible.
