Review: I have been married for 45 years and consider myself a good cook;I have collected literally hundreds of various cookbooks during this time, and once I discovered this book, I have used recipes from it about 10:1 compared to my other cookbooks.For example, we enjoy Victor's Chicken almost on a weekly basis. We have also sent copies of the book to all of our five children and several nieces; perhaps this explains why it is out of print!
