It is easy to get lost looking at the colorful photos and reading the descriptive text, but when you are ready, be sure to try the recipe for Chicken Cutlets with Lemons and Capers. It is a quick and very tasty recipe and the author does an excellent job recommending appropriate side dishes and complementary wines. The organization of the book is also effective as the recipes are categorized by cooking styles, with part of one chapter devoted to chicken sandwich recipes. As an added feature, there is a chapter of creative egg recipes for those looking for a new twist on this breakfast favorite.
