Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Not your typical Ducasse Book
Review: This is more of an asian fusion cookbook, nothing french. There is nothing mind blowing in this book. Even though I am a chef and Ducasse is one of my favorite chefs of all times this is not typical of his cuisine and not to my liking. The book is well put together and the photographs are really nice, but I ONLY RECOMEND THIS BOOK IF YOU LIKE ASIAN FUSION. It is really boring. Not an essential Ducasse book.
