Review: Full of interesting recipes that are easy to make, this is the book I look to when I want something flavorful and interesting, but don't have the time to go gourmet. There's also a really useful section of basics in the back: everything from roasted potatos, ranch dressing, and buttercream frosting, to steaming artichokes and the perfect hard-boiled egg. I highly recommend it!

Review: I haven't tried a recipe yet that isn't fast and easy and yet leads to a delicious dish with unique flavors. My husband and children have raved about every dish and generally want seconds. The book format is easy to read and each recipe is complete with a suggested menu.
