Review: If you have visited Hawaii at all, you know that you will find any one of these chef's restaurants on every major island in the state. They have also been featured on HGTV, and TLC's cooking shows, as well as some of their own local shows. This cookbook showcases some of their most popular recipes, and they really aren't that difficult to follow. A lot of the ingredients may be harder to find, the further east you go in the states. (tropical fruits, etc.) But if you really want the true taste of Hawaii, you'll try these recipes!!
