Review: After watching Tom Chasuk on the Jay Leno show, I trotted out and bought his book. He's a clever writer and the recipes really work. I especially love Nick's Favorite Black Bean Dip. This isn't an all-purpose cookbook, but it is a terrific little book for appetizers and bean-based main dishes
