Review: Wow! What a great book! Fabulous receipes that belonged to Carol's Italian Mom...we're talking the real stuff...The stuffed artichokes which Carol came up with are a real treat and worth the price alone. Her sauce tastes like my Italian mother in law from Italy used to make...Ahh! Great stories about all of the stars who have feasted at her table. Her warm, gracious style comes through. I have given this book as a gift many times...everyone is delighted with it!
