Summary: Fantastic Food! But not so fast........
Review: The recipes in this book are spectacular! Everything we have tried has tasted wonderful and we've made more than once! It is not the kind of book you just grab off the shelf and whip something up ... some of the ingredients require some planning. If you like delicious, high-end restaurant quality food with fresh ingredients, this is the book for you! Also - some recipes are very easily modified for those on the South Beach Diet. Makes losing weight a gourmet experience!

I'm buying more of her cookbooks because of this one!

Summary: Deceivingly not so simple
Review: While the cookbook has very pretty photographs and the food looks very appetizing, the recipes have more steps than they should for something titles "fast". Also, the ingredients needed for many of the recipes are not necessarily available in a regular grocery store. Forgive me for not rushing off to a specialty store after work to buy ingredients for my supposedly "fast" dinner.
