The humor keeps one turning the pages and the simple recipes appealed to my quick sessions in the kitchen. I bought the $17.95 hardback copy to take with me to Maine for the Summer so that I could easily refer to her superb selection of favorites. Both of Emily's books are great gifts for dear friends who enjoy gardens and good food....who doesn't?
