Summary: Excellent Cookbook
Review: I own almost 500 cookbooks, and this book is by far my favorite. Usually, when I try cookbooks, where is always good, fair, and awful recipes, but not this book. Every recipe I tryed was either excellent or very good. I highly recommend this book. Also good for beginner cooks.
