Summary: Add Excitement to Your Cooking
Review: I got this book from the library and have just been totally awestruck by the recipes. We are planning a trip to Spain in October and I picked this up to get an idea of what to expect from the Spanish cuisine. We can't believe the delicious and exciting recipes in this book -- and they are surprisingly easy to prepare. I am heartbroken that it is currently unavailable and hope to luck out and find a copy of it at some point in time.

Review: Loved the recipes. They are very easy to follow and almost guaranteed success. But be ready to adapt them to a lower fat version.
