Summary: Excellent!!
Review: I have passed this book and many of it's recipes to friends and fellow bakers. Easter would not be the same without the challah, Christmas without the rolls and many a meal with friends and family without the baguettes. This book is great for even the ameteur baker. My copy is currently in about four or five yeasty and flour-y pieces. I highly recommend it!! And it's a great price!

Review: i have this book and have used it so much that i have worn it out, it is falling apart, i want another one, receipes are great,usefull information. i pretty much started out with this book, it was my first bread making book and i love the receipes as do the rest of my family. i hope that i can find a copy (new) soon

Review: I would like to order this book for my Mother. She makes the best bread, pies, & pizza dough from the recipes in this book. I hope they publish it again. Her's is falling apart. It is in about 5 pieces and she still manages to find her favorite recipes, but I can't find her recipes. I want a copy for myself so I can make great bread like her. I would recommend this to anyone who has just started making breads or to someone who has been making bread for years.
