Rating: Summary: Gourmet--but easy! Review: Cookbooks are my passion. Every now and then a particular book comes along that makes me want to try every recipe, and this was certainly the case with this book. The recipes include ingredients that are either already in your pantry or refrigerator. Best of all, should you lack an item, you don't have to visit a specialty store to find it. Every recipe I've served to my friends, has yielded the words all cooks long to hear, "...I love this, can I have the recipe?" Versatility, ease of preparation, and tasty results... what more could a cook want!

Rating: Summary: Best Pasta Cookbook ever!! Review: The Tex-Mex Cavatapi is to die for. All the recepies are easy and quick. We make three at a time and serve as in Italy. Our guests love it. I have ordered 6 copies for friends.
Rating: Summary: Gourmet--but easy! Review: This cookbook is easy to read and follow, but the nice thing is that the recipes all come out like they were difficult to prepare when actually they were not. Every recipe has a color photo and none take over 30 minutes to prepare. I have never had a cookbook where I liked so many of the recipes. This is a winner. I have ordered one for both of my daughters.
