Review: I was excited to learn of this book, because it is an important topic that needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, this is probably the most poorly written book I have ever seen published. It is so poorly organized, rambling, full of colloquialisms, and bereft of meaningful facts that it is almost unreadable. A severe disappointment.
