Review: I had the distinct pleasure of buying this book at the end of a cooking school seminar hosted by Anna and Michael themselves. A wonderful, personable pair of chefs - they are just as much fun to read as they are in person.

Review: I've tried about half a dozen recipes from this book. They require a little time and effort to prepare but even I - a straight male, with limited cooking experience - was able to turn out delicious dishes on the first try for every recipe so far. Unlike some other cookbooks, Michael's writing is unpretentious and down to earth. A cookbook you really can use.
