Review: Dana's Cookbook is filled with wonderfully satisfying recipes that the whole family will enjoy. She has included Fat Burning Food Ideas, Five Minute Menus, Low Cost Recipes, Fabulous Desserts, Shopping Lists and a Special Needs Section for Diabetics and those resistant to fat loss. The recipes are very easy to follow and the book goes hand in hand with Dana's Lean and Free 2000 Plus book. I use this book everyday. My family loves it!

Also addressed are special needs areas such as diabetes and an area for people resistant to fat loss. This book goes hand in hand with her "Lean and Free 2000 Plus" book and program. I highly recommend this fabulous book to all.
