Review: The recipes in this book are very well written and easy to follow. There is a section describing unfamiliar ingredients, and the lesser know cuisines of Southeast Asia such as Burmese and Cambodian have some very good representative dishes. Just about every recipe is usable, and there are some very exotic specialties such as Burmese tea leaf salad. The photography is excellent. I'd highly recommend this book.
