Review: I was visiting a friend's seafood restaurant and noticed this cuisine book. It looks like they've been using this book for quite a few years as reference. I knew right away I want this book because of the instructions were so clear to follow and the great photos of each recipe. This book should be the main course for your collection of cook books.
