Review: All the recipes in this book are very easy and turn out great. They're perfect if you want to throw an impromptu dinner party for friends and have little experience in doing so. I recommend the Spicy Carrot Ginger Soup!

Review: I bought this in a used store. What a find! It is full of really rich foods. From appetizers to desserts, the recipes are outstanding. Most are not exactly low-fat fare. The 40-Clove garlic chicken has to be the best I have found. It is a keeper. Do not judge this cookbook by the authors as I might have done.
