Summary: What a great cookbook
Review: Among my Southern cookbooks, this is the one that's 100% dependable. I haven't made anything that's not outstanding. An old standby like Country Captain turns out a triumph. The Pecan Chess Pie is the best pie I've ever eaten. And the writing is terrific. One of the best cookbooks I've ever seen.
