It is exactly the sort of cook book I have been looking for for a very long time. I love to cook and my shelves are full of cook books, many of which never get used because the recipies are too complicated or very fattening. Your focus on easy to prepare, tasty and healthy food and your handy tips and shortcuts make your book a must have for busy people like me. Summary: Another great Kiwi with a great cookbook
Review: This has to be my favourite cookbook - I used to borrow my neigbours constantly but finally bought my own copyu. Every recipe I have tried has been very successful and they are all great tasting and easy to prepare.

If you only buy one other cookbook make this it - Annabel Langbein is brilliant.
