Review: This is the first cook-book that I've seen (I have more then 100), that in depth provides insight into the neccesary combination of ingredients and the recipes. This is extremely interesting and helpful when you're investigating food from other countries. The range of recipes is sufficient to any occasion, either summer picnic or dinner party.

The book is highly recommended, It's a must for lovers of the Italian cuisine.
