Review: Barb's wonderful collection is a must for a vegan / vegeterian kitchen. Ingredients are presented clearly and instructions are easy to follow. The reader is presented a wide range of delicious recipes. They are so many beans with different textures, flavors, and appeal. Revel in them! Also highly recommend Louise Hagler's "Tofu Cookery" - the two volumes are a comprehensive start to a vegan / vegeterian cookbook library.
