Summary: "coffee table book" plus recipes
Review: I saw this book at a friend's house and paged through it. It is a beautiful, small volume of photos, information, and recipes. I copied out two recipes to try at home--so many looked great but I wanted to check them out. The one I tried, green tea salad, was wonderful and sold me the book. I'm on-line now to get my own copy.
