Rating: Summary: Useful cookbook with delicious, easy recipes! Review: I was given this cookbook as a gift, and I love it. I've made 5 of the lasagnas so far: 4 were fantastic and relatively easy to make. I will definitely make those 4 again. And there are at least 6 other recipes that I really want to try. Overall: lots of recipes that look interesting, high ratio of "successful" recipes in practice . . . that's what makes a great cookbook!
